You will work with large, reputable, mostly international companies (banks, insurance companies, telecommunications companies, etc.) not only in the area of receivables management.
We offer you interesting work during which you can apply and gain a considerable amount of professional knowledge from various fields. You will use your communication skills, argumentation and handling of difficult conversations. The goal is to find acceptable solutions in various life situations in which clients find themselves. You will provide them with solutions to problems and help reach an acceptable conclusion for both parties.
It doesn't matter what experience you come with, we train colleagues to be real specialists. And they constantly have the opportunity to improve and grow.
We offer the opportunity to complete training on legal minimums, bankruptcies, inheritance proceedings, executions, debt collection, financial education and, of course, our internal processes.
In written and oral communication, you will primarily use the Slovak language, however, knowledge of other languages such as Hungarian or German is an advantage. Knowledge of English is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Your job will include:
- telephone communication for the purpose of resolving the client's financial situation - debt settlement
- representative demeanor and professional provision of information (advice) and/or negotiation
- creation of installment agreements and their reminders
- working in the company's internal system according to current procedures and processes, processing reports
- representing clients
- communication with public authorities and other relevant institutions or clients
- professional development and growth realized through internal training, active participation in projects or external educational activities
- possibility to propose improvements to internal processes
- close cooperation across departments and also with a law firm
We appreciate experience in communicating with clients, but we will fully train you in everything you need through quality internal mentoring.
