Information on the personal data processing (Article 13 of the GDPR)

Purpose and legal basis for personal data processing:

The purpose of personal data processing is the Controller´s interest in the security of corporate premises and the protection of life, health and property in accordance with Section 13 (1) 1 (a) f) of the DPA and Art. 6 Section 1 (a) (f) of the GDPR, including the control of personal data collection measures.

Legitimate interests of the Controller:

Personal data processing is necessary to protect the Controller's legitimate interests or to protect the legitimate interests of third parties. In particular, the protection of life, health and property, the prevention of  offensive behavior and the purpose of protecting public order and security, detecting crime and security incidents.

The Controller ensures protection and security of the Controller's premises through video surveillance. At the same time, the video recording shall serve for the purpose of exercising legal liability within infringement, criminal, judicial and similar proceedings.

Following personal information are processed:

Image records of natural persons and expressions of the personal nature of natural persons located in the monitored premises.


Where necessary for the fulfillment of legal reasons, the exercise of the rights of the Controller or third parties, personal data will be provided to: law enforcement authorities, state authorities, courts, court clerks and lawyers. Your personal data will not be sent abroad outside the European Union.

Storage Length:

If there is no incident justifying the need for personal data to be stored for infringement, criminal, judicial or similar proceedings, personal data (records) shall be automatically deleted following the 15 day period as from their creation.

Rights of the concerned person:

In the case of fulfillment of conditions stipulated by law you shall have the following rights pursuant to Art. 19 et seq. of the DPA and Art. 15 to 22 of the GDPR: right to information, right to access to personal data, rectification and erasure, restriction of processing and personal data portability. At the same time, you have the right to object to the processing performed on the basis of Art. 13 Sec. 1 (a) f) of the DPA and Art. 6 Sec. 1 (a) f) of the GDPR.

Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority:

If you believe that the processing of your personal data is not in compliance with law, you can contact your supervisory authority with your complaint: the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, with its registered office at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, Slovak Republic.

If you have a habitual residence or a place of work in another Member State of the European Union other than the Slovak Republic, you may also submit your complaint to the supervisory authority in that other Member State.

There is no automated decision making, including profiling, when processing your personal data.
